Delivery

Royal Mail are currently experiencing disruptions to their network due to the recent storms.

We offer two different shipping options.

• Standard 1st Class delivery Currently being dispatched in 1-3 working days (excluding weekends).
• 1st Class signed for delivery Currently being dispatched in 1-3 working days (excluding weekends).
  

If you have paid or are paying via PayPal, please ensure you have entered the correcting shipping address, as your billing address is usually selected by default as the shipping address. We cannot and will not be responsible for this error and it is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct shipping address.

In the event that the incorrect shipping address has been entered, we cannot guarantee that this can be changed.

Please do remember however that ALL orders are sent 1st class and therefore can take a minimum of 1-3 days to reach the intended recipient once they have been dispatched by us. We do not dispatch items over the weekend.
